KVOA-TV is seeking a full-time Assignment Editor to join Tucson’s top-rated station. The ideal candidate for our news team is a go-getter who wants to own breaking news coverage and generate meaningful content across our various platforms.

This individual is a critical member of our newsroom whose responsibilities include assigning news crews and planning daily news coverage and special projects, gathering information about developing news stories, and keeping the newsroom apprised of breaking news and any changes in assignments.

We are looking for an organized team player who is proactive and collaborates well with team members, is social media savvy and excels in newsgathering.
