News 4 Tucson is looking for a Graphic Artist to oversee content production in the news department. If your creative juices pack a punch when working under tight deadlines, this could be the job for you! The primary responsibility of this position is to maintain the overall graphics look of the newscasts while working within the station’s overall graphics package and plan. This individual will conceptualize and produce award-worthy and audience-motivating graphics on all platforms and assist staff with graphical storytelling.

Qualifications:

·         Two years of graphic design experience in a broadcast newsroom, preferred

·         ENPS knowledge a plus

·         Degree in graphic design or related field

·         Strong skills in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator Premiere, and Flash)

·         Ability to respond quickly and appropriately to breaking news events
