Skyview Networks is a broadcast technology, syndication and national network sales solution company reaching half of all Americans weekly through 9,000 radio station relationships. It provides services to ABC Audio, CBS Audio, Local Radio Networks, Alpha Media USA, JackFM, The Weather Channel, The Associated Press, Hubbard Broadcasting, Quu, professional and collegiate sports organizations and two state news networks. Skyview focuses on providing best-in-class services that include satellite and IP distribution, full network automation, inventory management systems and network audio sales. Skyview’s Network Operations Center (NOC) houses the company’s broadcast operations and master control including satellite uplink, production studios and audio distribution systems. The 24/7 NOC monitors content acquisition, delivery and includes the technical support team for Skyview Network’s various national network partners and affiliated stations.
This position will oversee all delivery of live audio and syndicated content for Skyview Networks partners including professional play-by-play sports, national news networks and various audio network broadcasts across various delivery platforms. Duties will include:
-Supervise Network Operations Center and broadcast operations.
-Ensure delivery of broadcasts and services to Skyview’s partners and affiliates.
-Manage support needs of 24/7 NOC and staff.
-Develop department training opportunities/schedule for staff.
-Act as key NOC point person for the company’s multi-department initiatives.
-Deploy systems, tools or procedures to maintain an effective support team.
-Maintain incident escalation and manage support needs across various levels.
-Provide metrics and analysis of incident/resolution data and make recommendations.
-Management and procurement of department assets (workstations, broadcast equipment receiver fleet).
-Develop department training opportunities/schedule and manage support staff.
-Oversee deployment or RMA process for Skyview’s satellite receiver assets.
Must have proven experience within master control, Live production, and/or engineering in a broadcast environment. Candidates should have experience leading technical support team with previous management experience required, preferably with a 24/7 operations environment. Degree in communications, audio production, television or broadcast technology, computer systems or similar area of study with relevant work experience preferred. Proficient in the use of Microsoft operating systems and business applications, specifically Word and Excel. Strong communication, written and organization skills. The ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment and manage simultaneous initiatives.

Pay: $60,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
