Conceive and sell sponsorships and brand integrations into Riviera and R360 Solutions multi-media assets with the emphasis of leading with our Chosen Rival Gaming’s esports gaming platform and related in-person live events, which will encompass multiple tournaments and non-profit fundraisers throughout the year


Develop effective activations that can achieve specific business outcomes tied to sponsorships/brand integrations
Identify new business opportunities and prepare sales strategies and brand-worthy proposals
Develop valid business reasons and key insights that can secure numerous decision maker-level meetings with brands, agencies and media buyers
Execute campaign management strategies and plans, track and optimize performance
Actively participate in industry activities and tradeshows to build thought leadership and personal networks
Be an “antenna” for the company on emerging trends and insights that can be leveraged for growth across the organization
Collaborate effectively with internal departments, in particular our esports content and marketing teams, and help build positive team culture/rapport
Close deals! Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
Perform other duties as assigned


5+ years of gaming or esports sales preferred but venue and/or professional sports team or media company sponsorship and brand integration sales experience will also considered.
Strong grasp of the current esports landscape, including the marketing activity of both endemic and non-endemic brands in the space
Possess or quickly develop and maintain deep knowledge of the broader esports and gaming space, including tournaments, events, teams and organizations, to educate brands and partners on what differentiates Chosen Rival Gaming’s esports offerings from competitors
Proven ability to develop deep and lasting relationships with high level decision making business and marketing leaders
The ability to think creatively, problem solve and identify and develop sellable opportunities
Strong relationships with both traditional and digital media and marketing agencies as well as client-side esports advertisers
A-level presentation and communication skills
Detail-oriented, assertive self-starter
Passion for esports, gaming and its market growth potential!
