Job Description:

This position is responsible for the maximization of commercial revenue by insuring creative commercial copy instruction is managed, inventory is closely monitored and product/advertiser/order conflicts are kept to a minimum. Related duties include but are not limited to reviewing/filling open inventory on logs, placing commercial spots in the correct time period, preemptions, sending commercial copy spots to producers for air, log preparation and finalization and log reconciliation. The role of Traffic Coordinator requires a team player with a positive attitude, good attention to detail, highly skilled in problem solving, communication and time management as well as the ability to effectively prioritize and organize a diverse workload containing tight deadlines.

Qualifications:

This is a full time in-office position. Working hours are Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm. Competent computer skills is a must. Experience with WideOrbit Traffic software is an asset but not required. Candidate must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
