The ideal candidate will be very organized and have a positive, professional attitude.
◽ Assist Sales Team with miscellaneous tasks including order entry and maintaining files.
◽ Sort all Incoming Mail Including overnight packages
◽ Promptly and friendly answer all incoming phone calls
◽ Collect general voicemail box messages and send to correct department provide up to date phone directory
◽ Assist news and sales with all contests
◽ Coordinate all station tours
◽ Any other duties as assigned by General Manager
Prefer one or more years of similar work experience. Computer Skills are a must including Microsoft Word, Excel. Strong written and verbal communications skills required. Must be able to multi-task and prioritize. Must satisfactorily pass a background credit check and qualify to become a notary public
