Producer, Creative Services – KGUN
KGUN, the E.W. Scripps Company ABC affiliate in Tucson, Arizona is looking for a positive, proactive, creative, and highly engaged Producer in Creative Services who will work closely with the news department in a news/promotion’s hybrid position on the daily news broadcasts. This role and its responsibilities entail working on promotional projects that are quick turns and future planned for topical, enterprise, and social media.

KGUN is composed of a diverse community of welcoming, mission-focused and energetic individuals that continue to grow professionally as we grow our company, with everyone rising to their full potential in every aspect of our business. “Give light” is not just a motto at Scripps – it is a mantra that guides our daily work. We believe in the power of journalism to change lives, to strengthen communities and to create a better-informed world.

Famous for its dramatic beauty, the Sonoran Desert covers the Tucson area with spectacular cacti – including the giant saguaro, a symbol of the American Southwest. But don’t be fooled by the term “desert” because mountain ranges in all directions offer scenic drives, and even snow skiing. In the winter you can go for a hike in the valley, then drive up to Mt. Lemmon and enjoy the slopes. Tucson’s legendary year-round sunshine and saguaro-and-sunset landscape have romanced visitors for decades.
