Responsible for assisting the Sales Department.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities
Receptionist duties, including phone, answering main door and promo ticket distribution & pictures of contest winners.
Provide preempt, missing copy and aging reports to IMSC’s
Input copy into V-Creative
Provide pre logs & post logs times to advertisers
Maintain weekly paid programming grid to send to traffic dept
Assist IMSC’s with NSI, research and various other requests
Translations & script writing
Bank check deposits
Maintain Office Supplies inventory
Assist SVP with various reports (skims, revenue, etc)
Other Duties as assigned by management
Strong Organizational, Communications, and Writing Skills
Strong Interpersonal Skills; Positive, Can-Do Attitude and Motivation.
Excellent Team Player
Good Follow Through and Follow Up
Professional Image Both in Person and Over the Phone
Ability to Learn New Software
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a part time position, Monday through Friday.
Reports directly to Sr VP Integr. Mkg Solut.
Required Education and Experience
Bilingual English-Spanish required
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel and GMail)
Proficient data entry skills
