A DAY IN THE LIFE; role contributes to Scripps

o    Manages ongoing clients to cultivate positive relationships and ensure client retention and growth.

o    Serves as the main point of contact for an assigned portfolio of clients and helps to manage their projects.

o    Stays current regarding client’s needs and their business evolution in order to maximize client satisfaction.

o    Maintains current knowledge of our products and services, across all platforms.

o    Assists in training sales team on attribution products and services.

o    Collaborates with the Sales Managers to deliver services to clients and maintain client relationships.

o    Tracks and measures progress on advertiser investments and keeps the sales staff informed of status.

o    Collaborates with the Sales staff on a pre-sales basis to help determine optimal product mix to meet client Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and goals.

o    Collaborates with the Ad Operations Campaign Manager on optimization strategies to provide the best opportunities for campaign success.

o    Utilizes business intelligence and data visualization tools to effectively communicate KPI achievement to the client to increase client retention.

 

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

o    Bachelor’s degree in business analytics or related field, or equivalent experience.

o    Minimum of 2 years of experience in related field preferred.

o    Experience in digital media strongly preferred.

o    Experience using business intelligence and data visualization tools such as Google Analytics, Google Data Studio and Tableau preferred.

 

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

o    Exceptional analytical abilities including data visualization.

o    Demonstrated ability using statistical analysis and research to drive positive change in a business setting.

o    Familiarity with data engineering tools / techniques (e.g., scenario modeling, pattern detection, sentiment analysis, decision trees, optimization, regression analysis).

o    Must have advanced written and verbal communication skills.

o    Excellent customer service skills.

o    “Consultative” client management approach.

o    Strong problem-solving ability.

o    Excellent time management, prioritizing and multitasking skills.

o    High attention to detail.

o    Calm under pressure.

o    Ability to work independently and with a team.

o    Understanding of web technologies strongly preferred.

o    Valid driver’s license and good driving record required. In addition, proof of insurance and liability coverage may be required.
