This is a remote role where the employee may report to work in-person on occasion or not at all. In order to work on Company premises, or with clients / members of the public at other locations, Bonneville employees must provide proof of vaccination against COVID-19 or evidence of a negative COVID-19 test within the previous seven days.

 

POSITION PURPOSE:

 

Bonneville’s mission is to be trusted voices of light and truth, influencing hundreds of millions of people worldwide. To that end, we are looking for a dynamic Audience Analyst to help us increase and retain our audience. This initiative has senior executive sponsorship and influences strategic decisions regarding how to improve the analytics capabilities, satisfaction, and loyalty of Bonneville’s audience. The Audience Analyst will be responsible for analyzing data from multiple platforms and tools to build out quantitative and qualitative insights about audience segments, their behavior and determining look alike audiences that can be targeted to increase the audience across all our markets.  We are looking for a collaborative, skilled researcher and data storyteller who can build the capabilities and lead this key area of growth for the company.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Act as the leader of audience analytics for all of Bonneville by proactively using data to improve our ability to attract and retain clients Identify, implement, and manage Bonneville’s audience Customer Data Platform (CDP) to better leverage first-party audience data Manage and leverage Bonneville’s first-party audience data to help grow and retain our audience Support ad hoc research needs of the content teams Collaborate with other Analysts to provide essential reports that keep teams informed and provide strategic position Create and deliver polished visuals (dashboards, presentations, etc.) with client metrics, look alike customers, and thoughtful research stories for the content and executive teams Provide strategic direction, insight and guidance relative to the systems and analytical tools that maintain best practice and stay on top of industry trends Actively research and participate with leadership in identifying, modeling and implementing new business opportunities Provide insight and leadership in the architecture of data structures and systems integrations. Build and automate BI reports and dashboards that allow the sales and management teams to get a clear snapshot of opportunities

 

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

 

Bachelor’s degree in Data Analysis, Research, Statistics, Digital Marketing, Finance/Accounting or other quantitative degree or equivalent experience
5+ years of related research experience using research data to help drive business decisions, preferably in media
2+ years of experience in Media or Advertising preferred
Demonstrated strong analytical skills with ability to analyze multiple data sets and understand interrelationships
Strong knowledge of market research principles and practices with demonstrated capabilities in both qualitative and quantitative research
Strong proficiency with analytics technologies – ideally CDP, Domo, Excel, SQL, (GDS) Google Data Studio, Tableau, Nielsen/Scarborough or other research/data tools
Demonstrated excellent leadership, facilitation, and communication skills
Demonstrated ability to be flexible and adaptable to change
Proven ability to handle stress, multi-task and meet multiple deadlines
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Receive, process, and maintain information through oral and/or written communication effectively.
Substantial physical movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.
Ability to extend hand(s) and arm(s) in any direction with good eye and hand coordination.
Lift, move, and carry up to 20 pounds on occasion
