Arizona mask blitz and PSA spot offering

All throughout August, the ABA is supporting station efforts to protect their staffs and the public during the fight against COVID-19.

The ABA has received another 5,000 masks for immediate distribution to any Arizona broadcaster that needs them. Repeat asks are welcome and all masks are FEMA certified. We are offering these masks to every Arizona broadcast group at NO COST. Please send requests to info@azbroadcasters.org.

Separately, we know many stations are working in overdrive to help spread the message about the importance of public mask wearing. Many of you may have seen the news about a public service campaign launched by the Governor’s office to encourage every Arizonan to put on a mask. Unfortunately, there’s no TV/radio ad buy included here, but the ABA has high resolution copies of all spots for any station that wants to run them (Part 1, Part 2, Part 3).
