Finding more sellers for Arizona TV and radio: UA effort + New ideas?
One of the ABA focus areas in the months ahead is to help Arizona radio and TV stations identify more AEs.
We’ll be extending a partnership with the University of Arizona in November to put business school students through a 4-week media sales certification program.
As part of that, we’ll pair up interested students with stations that would like to better get to know these potential future sellers.
Beyond on that, we’re starting to explore new ways to grow the megaphone, and we could use your feedback.
Are there ways you think the ABA can help our Arizona broadcast industry find more AEs?
Should we start doing virtual seminars on LinkedIn?
Should we buy a paid media campaign to market TV and radio sales careers?
